Job Responsibilities: What you will do as a Diesel Mechanic
Complete a quality preventative maintenance inspection and repairs on all company owned equipment, to include tractors, trailers, refrigerated units and support equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to appropriate specifications (OEM, DOT, Swift, etc.)
• Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose and perform minor and/or complex repairs for all equipment.
• Disassemble, repair and re-assemble of Heavy Truck & Trailer components.
• Perform tire maintenance to include: repairs, failure analysis, coding, identification.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform assigned duties related to the facilities and activities in snack bars, banquet rooms and meeting rooms at the Golf Courses.
• Perform public relations, customer service, and provide a positive experience for all guests.
• Communicate with supervisors, staff, golf operations, and the public to ensure efficient operation of the Concession facilities.
• Perform duties to keep the Concession facilities visually pleasing, clean, and safe through regular inspection, maintenance and cleaning.
• Work as an equal team member with the pro-shop, maintenance and F&B staff.
• Ensure the operations are safe and employees are protected, and the operation complies with all safety laws and regulations.
• Report any potentially dangerous or harmful situations to a manager immediately.
• Complete all side work check lists daily.
• Employee must obtain the ability to operate the POS system and handle all sales transactions.
• The employee must be able to perform the cash close process at the end of each day of business.
Requirements
• The ability to obtain knowledge in golf, customer service as well as Food and Beverage industry.
• Ability to assist with golf activities, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, banquets and other events which require any type of food or beverage.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with entire staff and the public, maintain a congenial rapport with all those he/she comes in contact with.
• Process and balance cash receipts within the guidelines of the Finance Department.
Education And/or Experience
• Graduation form a standard senior high school or equivalent preferred Food and Beverage experience preferred.
Language Skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Foreign language skills helpful.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Must have a current food handler's permit, alcohol serving certification and other permits necessary to operate the concessions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to obtain a valid Utah State Driver's license within 30 days.
Physical Demands
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand and arms; talk or hear.
• The employee is required to stand or balance.
